As many as 60% of first-time leaders fail or underperform.

Wait, what?! How could this possibly be? Surely companies properly invest in emerging leader training training to make sure their new leaders are ready to hit the ground running, right?! Right?

> The vast majority of first-time leaders don’t receive any leadership training.

Now add in the fact that most people leave companies because of bad managers, and we have a situation where companies are underperforming, individuals are underperforming, and the retention of others at the company is at risk.

Clearly something is very wrong. Companies aren’t investing in their own success and future/new leaders haven’t prepared themselves for the role either. Both companies and people’s careers are suffering from the lack of leadership development.

That’s where we come in. We want to create more leaders and help people become the best version of themselves.
